For many years, Te-Ashi-Do Free Style Karate has been providing friendly, personal attention to its members, helping them stay fit, active and healthy. We offer a varied training syllabus, so there is always something new to learn.

We operate in a group enviroment, so everyone helps everyone else. Ideal for a complete beginner, or someone wanting to take their Martial Arts or self defence as far as they can go!
